We can often give a rough estimate over the phone or email for free if you know exactly what is wrong. For undiagnosed issues, we charge a diagnostic fee to come out and inspect the vehicle.
What if the weather is bad?
Living in Oregon, we are used to the rain. We can work in light rain or under a carport. For heavy storms or complex repairs, we may need to reschedule or move the vehicle to our garage facility.

Can I provide my own parts?
We prefer to source the parts ourselves. This ensures we use high-quality components that fit your specific vehicle perfectly. More importantly, we can only honor our 1-Year / 12,000-Mile Warranty on parts that we supply. If we install a part you bought, we cannot guarantee how long it will last
What happens if a repair is too big for my driveway?
Most repairs can be done right where you are. However, for major jobs like engine replacements or head gaskets, we have access to a fully equipped garage. This allows us to handle complex repairs in a safe, controlled environment while giving you the same great pricing and personal service.
